I think overall it was ok. Starting from the delivery, the 2 delivery guys were very careful with the AMBEO, which I appreciate it, given that it was quite heavy. They tested all the sound to make sure it was ok. However when I was playing my show, I realised it wasn't stereo or surround sound. And so I had to go meddle with my TV and find the PCM channel that I needed to passthrough or set to Auto. If the delivery guys have done that for me, that would be awesome. So i'm really not sure where does the role of the delivery guy stops And after that of course, i had to do plenty of read up here and there to make sure my system was running fine. I did send a few queries to the Customer service, regarding setting up the AMBEO to receive Dolby Atmos codec. They helped, but my latest email, they have not responded yet, which was 3 days back. Product wise, AMBEO is definitely excellent it is just the above parts which I mentioned, the human touch part, that is lacking from Sennheiser.
Excellent customer service and great sounding soundbar! Watching Dolby Atmos content through it really shows Sennheiser's expertise in sound. Great for audiophile music tastes as well.
