Terms and Conditions
For requesting the price match, please make sure that you request the same product and that the third-party offer is valid, available on sg.sennheiser-hearing.com and not part of our overall exclusions.
The product must be a matching brand, model number and color to be eligible.
The lower price must be the listed price (inclusive of GST plus any delivery costs or other charges) and be valid at the time of request.
No vouchers will be issued for items out of stock at sg.sennheiser-hearing.com to match another seller’s price.
The product must be new, the identical model and be in stock, ready to dispatch, from one of our authorized resellers.
Sennheiser reserves the right to refuse discounts for any other reasons than listed here.
Exclusions:
- Out of stock items or discontinued goods.
- Discounts over 300$ or 40% of the Sennheiser displayed price.
- Any bundle offers (or items included in bundle offers).
- Commercial quantities and prices, such as a special offer not open to the general public.
- International models and colour options that are not offered locally.
- Refurbished or pre-owned products.
- Pricing errors or misprints on the Sennheiser or on a retailer’s page.
- Cashback, credit card or other payment method rebates and coupon offers.
- Exclusive pricing/offers for specific customer groups.
- Corporate prices and quotes.
- Affiliate promotions that are promoted on behalf of a retailer.
- Flash sales lasting less than 12 hours.
- Offers where the payment method is part of the condition of a price.
- Offers and promotions where loyalty points may make up a component of the payment.
- Prices that are not publicly accessible (only after a login).
- Mail offers, rebates, items that are advertised in limited quantities.
- Liquidation sales or refurbished products.
